Arkansas Wave Baseball is lead by
Director and Head Coach Ryan Rylee.
Ryan is a Texas-born father of two with a life-long passion for baseball. Growing up in the competitive atmosphere of West Texas, he learned to navigate travel baseball first as a player and eventually as a coach after the conclusion of his college career. He has coached youth teams across all competitive levels and age groups.

He has been living in Northwest Arkansas with his family for 12 years. In his spare time he enjoys being outdoors or on the lake with friends and family as much as possible.
The Wave have played for a combined five seasons. Over the past four years, our focus has been to develop a solid foundation for players as they begin their baseball careers.
​The Spring 2026 Season will focus on transitioning to a more competitive, elongated travel schedule as we challenge our players to grow, adapt, and embrace healthy competition.
Our goal with every practice and season is to leave each player asking, "When do we play next?"
